My husband, Alastair, is an avid fisherman (ex Protea Angler) and loves nothing more than coming to Struisbaai for family and fishing holidays. It has always been his dream to own his own holiday house at the beach in Langezandt. One day recently we decided to take the plunge and went up for a whirlwind day of property searching where we literally viewed all the properties on sale in Langezandt. Ally’s savvy and knowledge of property immediately settled on Casa Pescador! A home that you could see was fondly cherished and taken care of by a lovely local husband and wife team.
On returning to Cape Town he immediately put in an offer and within a matter of days the property was ours. We plan to let out the home to vacationers with family & friends spending as much time there as possible whilst putting our own personal touch to the house. We welcome all guests and hope you will love the place as much as we do.
Watch this space for many a fishing story to come as Ally adds his Struisbaai fishing stories to this blog. The one thing I can say with pride is that he is an excellent fisherman who has no problem sharing his tips and tricks!
